OUR PREFERRED EXTRACTION: In the V60, 17.5 g of medium coarse grounds, water at 95 °C, blooming for 20 sec. with 30 g of water, then steady slow pour up to 250 g of water within 2 min. Total extraction time of 2:30 min.
