from 15.50

The Raro Boda Lot consists of coffees produced by smallholder farmers in the surrounding area that lends its name and spans in altitude from 1800 to 2000 masl. The coffee is processed at Walichu Wachu washing station in Wachu town in the Guji zone. There are 320 people working at the washing station taking care of all processing and 60 people in charge of collecting coffee cherries.

For this washed process, the ripe cherries are depulped and fermented under water for 72 hours, then sun dried on raised African beds and constantly controlled on defects.

This coffee has the typical washed Ethiopian flavor profile we look for in an elegant filter coffee with the floral and tea like characteristic standing out and some bright stone fruit rounding it out.
