OUR PREFERRED EXTRACTION: In the V60, 18 g of medium coarse grounds, water at 94 °C, blooming for 25 seconds. with 30 g of water, then steady slow pour up to 300 g of water within 2’30”. Total extraction time of 3 minutes.
